Making his first appearance of the year, Ben Galbraith scored 44 points to complete a close win from Bill Brook who signed for 42, but in fact had 43 points. Perhaps we’ll not see Ben for a while if he concludes that a long lay-off is the answer. Dan Taylor continuing his good run had 42 points. Having played with the H&C Chairman, Geoff Hulley surprisingly announced to all in the bar that he’d welcome the opportunity to play with Hugh Adair!.
